Why I Shot This Photo

The Grand Canyon is one of the most magical places I’ve ever been to. Every time I come here it’s a different experience and atmosphere. This is a photo of Lipan Point on a very clear morning with some high and low clouds. I like this photo because of the incredible depth and colors. The morning sun adds to the beautiful yellows and reds of the rocks creating a gorgeous contrast with the turquoise and blue sky. This is a 45 exposure HDR panorama.
